Eamonn O’Dwyer trained at the Royal Academy of Music, and has worked as a performer, composer & musical director in theatres worldwide, in a career spanning over 20 years.

He played the pivotal role of the Song Man in the National Theatre’s multi-award-winning War Horse in the West End, performing for Steven Spielberg who was later inspired to make the movie of the same name. He has recently returned from a No.1 tour of the UK understudying the role of Tevye in Craig Revel Horwood’s 5-star production of Fiddler on the Roof.

As a highly experienced singing tutor and choir director, Eamonn teaches repertoire based classes with a focus on musical performance and delivery, as well as providing his pupils with a rounded technical understanding of their voice..

“Eamonn is an incredible teacher. There is a difference between being good at something professionally and being able to pass on the knowledge to others. My voice has definitely improved over the weeks and I’ve learnt a lot technically. The balance between explanations and actual training is very good. Thoroughly enjoyed it and I think everyone in the class feels the same way.”
